Warranty Conditions


  • The warranty period starts from the date of sale of the Product and is (2) two years.
  • Your product, including all its parts, is under the guarantee of our company.
  • During the warranty period, the time taken for maintenance, repair and replacement will be added to the warranty period. The repair period of our product is at most (30) thirty work days. In the absence of a service station for the product, this period starts from the date of notification to the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the product.
  • In the event that the product fails due to material and workmanship or assembly faults within the warranty period, maintenance, repair, labor and spare parts will be made free of charge.
  • The warranty does not cover: Damage caused by using the device contrary to the user's manual.
  • In case the consumer falls victim and for problems that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, an application can be made to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Protection of Consumers and Competition.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty

Cleaning or boiling our products with acidic substances such as Sodium Hypochlorite (Salt water, Bleach, etc.).

Stainless Steel products can be scratched by rubbing with hard substances.

Malfunctions caused by misuse of products and user error.

Repairs to our products by users, unauthorized persons or organizations for any reason.

Impact marks on the product due to external factors (hitting, impact, dropping, etc.).

Burning of our products by leaving them without water on the heater.
